Exciting "First" for Peyton!

Last night as we were winding down for the evening, Peyton decided that her Aunt Laci's chip bag looked really interesting.  The issue was, the chip bag was located on top of the ottoman which Laci was perched upon and little Peyton would have to do a lot of work to figure out how to get them down to floor level where she was perched.  Before any of us realized what was going on, Peyton decided she really wasn't willing to problem solve to a large degree and instead grabbed onto the ottoman, and stood her little self up.  Ha!  We were all just shocked about the fact that she literally stood up on he own for the first time...all for a bag of salt & vinegar chips.  Haha!  To make the event even more memorable, she turned herself around, propped her back against the ottoman and chair, and began clapping for herself!  :)  What an exciting "first" it was for all of us.  Good job Peyters!!
