Let the Count Downs Begin

My favorite holiday of the year is here yet again, and I am just loving every minute of our decorations, the Christmas songs, the presents...  This holiday season is one for the count down record books in our family.  Peyton is old enough to understand great presents and fun with family.  She says "Santa", but is not so fond of seeing Santa unless he is at least 20 feet or more away.  It must be the jolly beard and big stature that makes her quite nervous.  We can look forward to her hopefully warming up to Santa in years to come.  The count down to finding out if she will have a baby brother or sister begins as well.  This is the longest count down at about 30 days.  With the holiday season, I know that this count down will dwindle much faster than a typical 30 days.

The count down to Baby Bodie's arrival begins at 17 days and counting!  Laci is due on the 22nd, but I have a hunch that little Bodie is going to arrive before that.  This is truly going to be such a blessed year because we are expecting this beautiful little boy.  We all just can't wait to meet him, especially Laci who is definitely at the "I just want to be done" stage.  Keep your fingers crossed for her that Bodie arrives very soon. :)

And so the final count down begins...the count down to Christmas!  20 days and counting.  Let's enjoy every single one and remember all that we have to be thankful for and to celebrate.
